Specsavers launches parody of "Lynx Effect" in the UK

March 15, 2010 | Advertising

Who does not remember the commercial " Billions "of 2006, which showed the world the concept" The Lynx Effect "used by the brand before? The video showed thousands of chicks in bikinis running through only one island after a man who used Lynx deodorant (AXE here in Brazil).

Well then, the English Specsavers optical network has just launched a pretty cool parody of this commercial. Joining the concept "The Lynx Effect" with the signature used by them, "Should've gone to Specsavers", the guys have the viewer the signature "The should've gone to Specsavers Effect", which only makes sense to watch the video .

The commercial was created by in-house creative team and has the Specsavers opens today (14) on British TV. The video was filmed in Colombia, with 100 women wax bikini, and then were multiplied by the guys from Framestore. Before any person is in doubt, the parody has allowed Unilever to be conveyed. The direction of the video is Daniel Kleinman.
